References to "you", "your", "player", or "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the faa999 website or any of its associated services.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, all winnings derived from prohibited conduct voided, and any deposited funds returned at faa999's discretion following investigation. In serious cases, faa999 may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Circumstances under which faa999 may suspend or close a player account

faa999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where faa999 determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is warranted. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by faa999.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or chargeback abuse.
• Chargebacks raised against faa999 through a payment provider. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent closure and legal action to recover funds.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or self-exclude.
• A player account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance will be closed automatically. Players will be notified by email prior to closure.

Upon account closure for cause (e.g., fraud or Terms & Conditions breach), faa999 may retain any deposited funds pending investigation and may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where account closure is not due to player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within 10 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The total aggregate liability of faa999 to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• faa999 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of faa999.

11. Amendments to These Terms

faa999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — faa999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on the faa999 website and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email or account notification.

Your continued use of the faa999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 12. Contact and Dispute Resolution

faa999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the faa999 platform, service, game outcome, payment, or account decision, you should follow the process below.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
